We aim to create a diverse working environment in which all individuals are able to make best use of their skills, free from discrimination or harassment, and in which all decisions are based on merit. Our principles of non-discrimination, diversity and equality of opportunity also applied to the way in which staff treat visitors, clients, customers, suppliers and former staff members.

Each year, the Solicitors Regulation  Authority require us to conduct a survey of our workforce diversity and publish the results. This year 60% of staff chose to complete the survey.  73% of respondents were female 27% male. 1.5% classed themselves as disabled and  further 4% classed themselves as having limited mobility.
