We can carry out investigations in relation to potential claims for misfeasance, wrongful trading, transactions at an undervalue, preferences, payment of excessive dividends and recovery of outstanding directors loans. We will progress claims as swiftly as possible, reaching a conclusion either by settlement or, if necessary, through legal proceedings.
We can act quickly to maximise asset realisations. We appreciate that often there are little or no funds available to fund any potential action, and will act on a conditional fee agreement combined with after the event insurance where appropriate.
