Issues concerning children can be the most emotional aspect of many family breakdowns. We consider these to be fundamental, and can help you to resolve matters which relate to your children, grandchildren or any children in your extended family.
Should there be a difficulty involving social services intervention or care proceedings in the family or extended family, we can help you to reach a solution which prioritises the children and minimises the disruption to the family.
It is best for parents to sort any difficulties between themselves direct but, if this is not possible, we will help you negotiate a solution or obtain a Court Order to assist you.
