Residential Possessions

Landlords are entitled to recover possession of their property from their tenant at the end of the tenancy or, during the tenancy, if certain terms are breached, but there are strict legal requirements when it comes to evicting a tenant. Our experienced residential possession team can guide you through that process.

The landlords we work for sometimes find that their tenant does not vacate as expected, there can be significant rental arrears or incidents of antisocial behaviour for which they require our services to assist with the eviction process.

We have a fixed fee residential possession proceedings service which deals with the lawful eviction process one step at a time, from service of the initial notice, the issue of court proceedings, through to the instruction of a bailiff if necessary.
