A Doncaster law firm has been recognised for high standards of practice and expertise by a national not-for-profit campaign group.
KH Injury Lawyers in Prince’s Street can now display a quality logo from the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) after it recently passed a series of strict assessments to achieve special ‘accredited’ status.
“It’s taken a lot of hard work from the team to get this far and we’re very proud to be accredited by APIL,” said partner David Eade. “This recognition is a credit to the dedication and empathy of the entire injury team who work across multiple disciplines, helping clients reach closure with all types of claim from industrial disease to accidents at work.”
All APIL members and their firms can apply for the accreditation scheme but must fulfil specific criteria to be successful. As an accredited firm, KH Injury Lawyers demonstrates consistently high standards of client care; continuously develops staff skills through up-to-date, specialist training; follows comprehensive and documented procedures for quality assurance; and is monitored by APIL to ensure standards are maintained.
“The ‘accredited practice’ logo, which KH Injury Lawyers can now display on its website, correspondence and in the office, is a signal to injured people that the firm works in their best interests,” said APIL president Karl Tonks.
“They had to jump through some very high hoops to earn this status, so they should be very pleased”.
