Chris has worked in private practice in Sheffield since qualifying as a solicitor in 1976. He was for many years a Partner in the long established Sheffield firm Russell & Creswick prior to its merger with hlw in 2005.

An approachable corporate lawyer, Chris has spent many years advising individuals and businesses on a wide range of Corporate and Commercial matters including:

• Business sales and purchases;
• Management buy-outs/management buy-ins;
• Shareholders' Agreements;
• Advice on partnership and limited liability partnership issues.

Background:

Outside work Chris keeps fit and has been an active member of Sheffield Rugby Club for over 35 years.
