David qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and, after joining hlw in 1995, became a partner in the Insolvency team in 1998.

He deals with a broad spectrum of both company and personal insolvency work for Insolvency Practitioners with a particular emphasis on contentious matters.

He has specific expertise in administrations, Voluntary Arrangements and handling the administration of deceased insolvents’ estates. In addition, he advises individuals and companies who have financial problems.
