His background was in commercial retail development which has expanded in recent years to office industrial housing and medical centre development. His major clients work in the Leisure, Property Investment, Student Housing and Healthcare sectors. Giles also looks after the property needs of other industrial and commercial businesses.

Background:

Giles was brought up in Sheffield and educated at Durham University. He worked for 20 years in London before returning to Sheffield. He heads the Property Department and is a central member of the Healthcare Team.
