Lauren Fulcher

Key Work

Lauren advises on a whole range of Employment Law issues, mainly acting on behalf of employers. Lauren works on both contentious and non-contentious matters including drafting contracts of employment, reviewing company policies, advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures and Employment Tribunal claims and advocacy. Lauren also assists the Corporate Team on the Employment Law aspects of their corporate transactions. As part of her role Lauren works with Whirlow Hall Farm Trust, a well respected local charity, to ensure that its employment law needs are met.

Lauren also presents at Seminars and has recently published articles in a number of trade magazines on the effects of the Equality Act.

Background

Lauren obtained her Law Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Sheffield before qualifying as a solicitor. She specialises in all aspects of employment law.
