Key Work:

Matthew qualified as a Solicitor in 1998, joined hlw in 1999 and became a partner in their Insolvency team in 2005.

He acts for Insolvency Practitioners across Yorkshire and beyond the region, on all aspects of commercial and personal insolvency, with a caseload largely covering contentious matters arising from our Investigation Unit to assist Insolvency Practitioners in pursuing claims arising from insolvent estates – both personal and commercial.

He also assists companies and individuals with their financial position and assessing alternatives.

Background:

Matthew enjoys cricket, golf and skiing and is a member of a number of sports clubs.
