Rebecca Pugh

Rebecca trained with hlw after studying Law with German at the University of Hull. On qualification Rebecca joined the Corporate Team at the firm and works closely with the partners providing support on group re-organisations, mergers, acquisitions and disposals.

Rebecca also advises small owner-managed businesses on purchases and sales as well as providing advice on incentivising key employees in such businesses.

Additionally Rebecca provides advice on company administration matters and company set-ups including preparing articles of association and shareholders’ agreements for a wide range of clients.
