Roger Dyson

Roger is head of the Corporate and Business team.

Key work:

Roger qualified as a solicitor in 1978 and went into corporate and commercial work, joining hlw as a partner in 2000.

He acts for corporate clients and individuals in buying and selling businesses, and he advises them on matters such as corporate structures, share schemes, shareholder agreements, re-financings and re-organisations.
In addition, Roger acts for banks and other lenders in relation to corporate transactions and invoice discounting.
