Sarah Burton

Key Work:

Sarah has been a Solicitor since 2001 and joined our litigation and dispute resolution department following her recent move from the Isle of Man where she had been an Advocate and partner in a leading legal practice for many years.

She has a great wealth of experience in preparing and appearing in complex litigation and dispute resolution matters and has been involved in both British Isles and international legal proceedings.

Her areas of interest and expertise include company and shareholder disputes, emergency injunctions, fraud and asset tracing, Trust and Will disputes and professional negligence.

Background:

Sarah is from Worksop in Nottinghamshire and has recently returned following a 17 year absence during which time she studied at King’s College London and the College of Law in York and practised as an Isle of Man Advocate for 10 years.
