Simon Hellewell

Key Work:

Simon is a partner in the Commercial Property team and is based in our Leeds office.

Simon is experienced in a wide range of property work, which has included complex investment transactions, pensions investment work - in particular for SIPPs, landlord and tenant work - acting for both landlords and tenants, development, property aspects of business acquisitions and disposals and of insolvency-related transactions, secured lending and minerals and energy work.

Background:

Simon was educated in Wakefield and at Newcastle University. He qualified in 1996 and after spending time with one of the key national law firms and with one of the major Scottish law firms, he moved back to Yorkshire, joining hlw Keeble Hawson in 2005.
