Criminal Finances Act 2017

hlw Keeble Hawson LLP is committed to the prevention of tax evasion and compliance with the Criminal Finances Act 2017. This applies to UK and foreign tax evasion. We are taking a number of steps with a view to preventing the facilitation of tax evasion by our staff and by agencies and others with whom we deal.  We operate policies and procedures to prevent tax evasion which reflect our approach to prevent tax evasion taking place. We provide training to staff in relevant areas of the firm and are committed to taking disciplinary action where our requirements are not met. It should not be the case that these policies and procedures have an impact upon our relationship with clients and others with whom we deal, but if this happens, please note that we will not make any exceptions to our approach, which is designed to enable us to comply with our obligations in relation to the avoidance of tax evasion.
