Staff from Yorkshire law firm, Keeble Hawson LLP, donned their running shoes to be part of the Jane Tomlinson Run for All in Leeds on Sunday 4 July 2010.

The 10 kilometre race, which has become a highlight of the Leeds sports and fundraising calendar, saw over 6,000 competitors running, jogging, walking or wheeling for their chosen charities, with the Keeble Hawson team keeping a steady pace in aid of Martin House, the nominated charity of the firm’s Leeds office.

Paul Grindley, a Partner in the Employment team based in Leeds, said:

“It was a great event, and the support of colleagues, friends and family really helped push us along. There were a couple of personal best times from our runners which shows the training and dedication that has gone into taking part in the event. More importantly, we’ve raised money for a great cause and that is all the motivation you need. Our thanks go to those people who sponsored us, cheered us along the route, and the marshalls and organisers who did such a great job.”

Managing Partner, Paul Trudgill commented “I am always delighted to see our team taking part in events such as the Jane Tomlinson Run for All which has become such an important part of the Yorkshire fundraising calendar. Martin House is a charity very close to our hearts at Keeble Hawson and this is one of a number of initiatives we will be undertaking throughout the year to support it.”
